These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the rules for using radiancebioharmonics.com (the “Site”), which is run by Radiance BioHarmonics (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site, subscribing to our newsletter, or buying from our shop, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site is an educational resource and marketplace for people exploring holistic health, sound and energy work, and conscious living. It includes articles, short videos and audio, a shop, and community and contact features. Everything on the Site is offered in the spirit of curiosity and learning.
Not medical advice
Our content is for information and education only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. We aim to be honest about the strength of the evidence behind each practice, but many topics we cover are traditional or exploratory and have not been proven by clinical research.
- Don’t use the Site to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and never delay or stop professional care because of something you read here.

Who can use the Site
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase. If you are younger than that, you may use the Site only with a parent or guardian’s involvement.
Using the Site
Please use the Site respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:
- break the law or help anyone else to do so;
- interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or try to access areas, accounts, or data that aren’t yours;
- scrape, copy, or republish our content at scale, or use it to train automated systems, without our written permission;

Orders, pricing, and shipping
- When you place an order you are offering to buy; an order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, an out-of-stock item, or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken.
- Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and may change. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout where they apply.
- Payments are handled by our payment providers (such as WooCommerce Payments/Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full card details.
- Some items are made to order or shipped directly by fulfillment partners or other suppliers, so delivery times vary and are estimates, not guarantees.
- Returns, refunds, and exchanges are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Some links on the Site are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details. Once you leave the Site, the retailer’s own terms and policies apply.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details safe and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
What you send us
If you submit comments, messages, reviews, photos, or other material to the Site, you remain the owner of it, but you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and use it on the Site and in connection with running and promoting the Site. Only send us things you have the right to share. We may moderate, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion.
Our content and ownership
The Site’s articles, text, images, logo, branding, videos, and original music and sound are owned by Radiance BioHarmonics or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read and share them for personal, non-commercial use, and you are welcome to share a link or a short excerpt with credit and a link back to the Site. Any other use, including commercial use or re-uploading our videos or audio as your own, needs our written permission.
Social media and other platforms
We publish articles, videos, and audio on third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok. Those platforms are run by others and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they operate.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to websites, products, and services that we don’t control. We don’t guarantee their accuracy, safety, or availability, and including a link isn’t an endorsement of everything on that site.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that content is complete or current, or that any practice or product will produce a particular result.
Limits on our liability

Ending access

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the new Terms.
