We want you to feel good about every purchase from Radiance BioHarmonics. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
Standard Returns
For most items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at radiancebioharmonics@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Some items can’t be returned due to their nature:
- Custom or personalized print-on-demand items (produced specifically for your order through our fulfillment partners) — these can only be returned if defective or damaged.
- Perishable goods, such as foods or herbal products, unless received damaged or defective.
- Digital products or educational program access, once accessed or downloaded.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask — we’re happy to clarify before you order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take longer to post it.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or item instead of a refund, mention this when you contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate exchanges where stock allows.
